A We use high-quality wooden crates designed specifically for export and wrap the components in professional waterproof shrink wrap to ensure maximum protection.

A Usually 15 days after receiving a 30% deposit.

A Our MOQ is 10 square meters. Please contact us for any special requirements and we will provide the best solution for you.
Q 4.Do you accept OEM orders?

A Yes, OEM is acceptable.
Q 5.Can I become a local distributor in my city?

A We welcome reputable distributors from all regions, countries and cities, but a distribution agreement is required.
Q 6.Do you arrange door‑to‑door delivery?

A Yes, we can deliver door‑to‑door worldwide.
Q 7.What are the minimum tools or materials required for installation?

A Electric drill and drill bits, ladder, adjustable wrench or screwdriver, shovel, concrete bags, tape measure, and level.
Q 8.Can I DIY? How many people are needed to assemble a carport?

A Yes, you can DIY. The modular structure ensures easy assembly. Our engineers have pre‑assembled some components. Customers only need to assemble the posts and roof frame, then fix the polycarbonate panels with screws. Installation instructions are provided.
For a single carport: 2–3 people can finish installation within 6 hours.

A We have the assembly manual instruction specifically made according to your project site.It's a DIY product designed to be easily assembled.
Q 2. How to place an order?

A Kindly send us the sizes of the area and the pictures of the construction site if you can.
We will make the design and proposal accordingly. After you confirm the design and the quote, the order will be taken care of by us, from production to shipping, even door-to-door delivery we can handle, if needed.
Q 3.What would it do in my climate?

A Our system is specially designed to withstand hurricane strength winds, heavy snow loads, and everything in between. It is durable and can defeat most competitors in today's market!
Q 4.What is the warranty period for your product?

A We offer a 15 year warranty for regular powder coating structures.
Q 5. Are there standard sizes and customized sizes available?

A Yes, we have 1.4m x 1.6m, 1.5m x1.8m, and other standard sizes. The design is very flexible, it can be customized. We will assist in designing the length and orientation of the blinds to best suit your area.
